So its been way too long since I've posted anything new on this page, so to make it up I need to basically smash everything into 2 posts.
This post is going to be all the edits I've managed to put out in the past 7 months, and the next one with a small group of cool photos from that time.
All in a days work, Thabs and I managed to get all this done in a day. He managed to pull out a lot more of the stops than usual to get together a well respected beginning of the year edit for his new sponsor Extreme Sports Gear Importers. Good reviews on TheComeUp cemented this edit as his best to date.

Next up we have the three part series I put together for the guys over at YBF a little before the new park was open to the public. YBF is situated at Kings School in Douglasdale just North of Johannesburg. It offers an arrow of not usually found street obstacles and a super chilled atmosphere.

YBF Plaza is the newest park on the Jozi block.
The street style Plaza setup has been getting rave reviews by Skaters and Bmxer's alike. Opening on first March the park is set to be one of the new favourites among Joburg locals, it is situated at Kings School, 54 Hornbill Rd,
Douglasdale, just north of Johannesburg. Any further queries either go to www.YBFplaza.co.za, contact YBF on facebook (facebook.com/YBFplaza) or give them a call on 011 704 3051.

In this video we check out some of the riding that goes down at the plaza. Lee Webber, the man behind YBF also chats about why they decided to go that extra distance and build a skatepark.

You've seen what the place looks like, you've heard what those behind it as well as those riding it have to say. Now we get to the riding and the skating.
Catch skaters and riders from around the city hitting YBF hard in this banger filled edit.
Next Up we have a little bit more recent but the not most recent edit I shot with Leroy and Bibby, these guys are tiny, they rip and are progressing pretty fast!
They've have been wanting to an edit for ages, finally made a date and got it done. Following in the tracks of the extremely fast progression that the Purple Haze park has come to develop in the young guns, these guys are definitely no exception. Having recently moved up from 16inchs they're both showing everyone that they are ones to look out for as they continue on their path of progression. First at Stoneridge then moving on to the Purple Haze Park.

And Finally we have something thats going to be pretty cool over the next few months, I got my hands on one of the new Garmin Virb cameras and am going to be using it to shoot some edits and short clips, basically take it through its paces a little and see what cool results I can get out of this little guy
A day with the VIRB from Ryan Jarrett on Vimeo.
Shot entirely using the Garmin Virb action camera.
So thats all the videos that have happened in the post few months, look out for another post next week for some photos.
